Narcan Class Schedule

Drug overdose is now the third leading cause of death in the US and Europe, following cancer and heart disease. Most deaths can be easily prevented through identification of an opiate overdose, and administration of Naloxone.

Naloxone, or Narcan, is an opioid antagonist medicine that rapidly reverses an overdose. The South Orange Rescue Squad offers FREE classes on identifying opiate overdoses and administration of Narcan. At the end of the class, all participants receive their own box of Narcan they could use to save someones life.
